Compensation Package

  1. Base Salary: The pay range for the Service Designer position is $64,500 - $76,500, commensurate with skills, experience, and education. 

  2. Retirement: 403(b) employer match of up to 3% of annual base salary. 

  3. Health Insurance: Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) for qualifying out-of-pocket medical expenses and individual health insurance premiums.

  4. Parental Leave: Twelve weeks of full pay and benefits for births and adoptions. 

  5. Time Off: All federal holidays plus 20 paid days off per year.
